148 Hiroo, Wine-inspired Modern Australian Cuisine, Hiroo, Tokyo

148 Hiroo has become the restaurant that gourmands and wine lovers visit regularly, attracted by the  imaginative dishes created with seasonal ingredients from Australia, and the tremendous selection of fine and rare wines. The eclectic menu as well as the restaurant's spirit stems from its creative founder, owner/chef Marcus Yip, who draws on the multicultural heritage of his family and homeland (Australia of course!) to offer enticing Australian and fusion-styled dishes.

Marcus regularly holds bespoke wine dinners and tastings to share his extensive knowledge and great passion for wine and cuisine. On a daily basis, you will find an array of wines offered by the glass, as well as a cellar that ranges from young and fresh and affordable to old and very rare - if you would like an extraordinary unique pairing - just simply ask and your request will be met with a smile.
